Customer Care Projects

This contract for Westminster Management Services included:

A customer care audit, involving office observations, survey of resident associations, staff survey, recommendations for training & conducting training.
Review and redesign of the tenant induction pack, involving a tenant survey.
Review & recommendations for improving the complaints procedure involving tenant survey & office audit.
Training needs assessment of teams & managers; training recommendations.

Sheltered Housing Review

This contract for Rosebery Housing Association included a comprehensive review to facilitate an internal reorganisation, compliance with the CSHS Code of Practice, & writing an extensive procedure manual

Best Value Leaseholder Consultation

This contract was part of the London Borough of Ealing Housing Services departmental Best Value Review & required the organisation & facilitation of customer focus groups, with subsequent reporting to the organisation.

Tenant Options Study (S16 Funding)

Tenants of Oxford City Council were consulted, informed and trained on estate management options. As part of this contract, Lynda Hance was the project officer for the Wood Farm Estate, building contact & trust with local residents & producing a report on their behalf, as the result of working with them.

Training Consultancy

As a recent LSVT, Somer Community Housing Trust did not have staffing resources to formulate a staff training policy or plan. This contract involved:

A training needs analysis of approximately 220 staff
Designing the policy, procedure & training plan
Conducting staff briefings & subsequent manager training
Facilitation of team building and planning session with the Executive Management Team
